Make Time To Laugh

Are you lonely, unhappy, stressed, in pain, or just like fun exercise? Then try Laughter Yoga. It is fun and easy to do, sitting or standing. You’ll need no special equipment or previous knowledge. You don’t even need a sense of humor because there are no jokes or comedy. We laugh on purpose as exercise, for health and happiness.

When you exercise with laughter, you stimulate the release of chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins are a part of our natural reward circuits and are related to important activities like eating, drinking, physical fitness, and sexual intercourse.
