Laughing in the Library

This is the 3rd year showing people, just like you, to laugh without jokes or humor, just for the health of it. Modern science agrees laughter is good for the mind, body, spirit. Once you learn how, you can use it 24/7.

Come try Laughter Yoga. Anyone can do it since it only involves breathing (Pranayama yoga) and laughing. You have all the experience you need and there is no equipment necessary. Make some new friends, laughing in the library. No one will tell you to shhh.
